Hi,
[1] is the most popular method for making Nvidia eGPUs to work for macOS 10.13.X ≤ 10.13.6 (17G65). I was wondering whether upgrading to 10.13.6 version (after having the setup on a lower version) breaks anything?

Can someone please confirm that it works?

Thanks a lot.

Hello,

wondering if someone can shed some light on my issue. I've installed purge-wrangler and all the Nvidia drivers. All seems to be running fine. Cuda Pops up and can see card.

External display is set to my main display.

I'm even connected to my egpu on my external display and my keyboard to the egpu.  Under the system profiler, I can see both the Nvidia 1060 and my internal graphics card.

MY issue is It does not show up under "about this mac"

It also does not seem to be working for applications. I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but there seems to be no way to select the Egpu anywhere.

Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.

Thank you

D

To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.

Doesn’t matter.
