Hello buddies! I guess that the most people here are gamers.. and, as a gamers, many are waiting for Cyberpunk 2077. The new reference game for many aspects! I think I will buy it for my MacBookPro and Bootcamp!

It could be interesting to know what kind of performances we will have with our eGPU setups. So, if you want put here your experiences with it, the performances you reach and your configuration.

See you in Night City!

I would be very interested too.

I have a i7-1065G7 and a RTX 2070 Super in a  Core X and would be very interested to find out at what resolution/framerate that setup can run the game. I dont plan the buy the game in the next weeks though, so any input would be very much appreciated.

My main concern is the CPU because I guess with the load of NPCs and stuff happening around the player the game is quite CPU intensive

I preordered the game on Steam in June 2019.

Since this is basically a late last-gen title I'm hoping it can scale properly and works fine with eGPUs.

Few more hours until release! I'm confident that 1080p High + no Ray tracing will provide 60fps.

Just played for a while. E-2176M + RTX 2060s, integrated monitor, roughly 30 FPS on medium. I've read from reddit that it should reach 60 FPS even on high with similar configuration. Have no idea why mine sucks.

Dell XPS 13 2020, 2070S here: had to turn down the resolution from 4k to 2560x something (basically one below it) which made it buttery smooth on med- to high settings. RTX on ultra and DLS on but turned down some shadow details.

To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.
