Hello Friends,

I am encountering a serious problem recently. When I try to download and install 'Dota 2' on my PC, my C drive turns red. I don't understand why I'm having this kind of issue. But when I cancel the installation process, C drive becomes normal.

I don't understand what to do, after a little research I found this solution that discussed about the Windows10upgrade folder. I am a little confused if I delete this folder, there will be any problem with my computer in the future? This folder is nearby 20GB, and for that reason, if I delete this my C drive will be freed.

But my question is it will be safe to delete Windows10upgrade folder? Can anyone suggest any idea?

To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.

@robertleo,

It sounds like you are running out of space on your C Drive.

To properly remove the Windows10upgrade folder on your system, you should uninstall Windows 10 Update Assistant. It should be listed as an application under the 'Apps & Features' settings page. Once you have uninstalled it, you can delete the folder manually, if it isn't already gone.

Furthermore, you should run Disk Cleanup to remove other unwanted files from your system. A guide on how to do this can be found here.
