PES2020 not working well in my XPS 9570[8th, 6C, H] + VEGA64 @ 32Gbps-TB3(Razer Core X Chroma) + WIN10 1903

XPS 9570[8th, 6C, H] + VEGA64 @ 32Gbps-TB3(Razer Core X Chroma) + WIN10 1903

I got this setup to play the PES2020... but the FPS in the Game is always 42~45...which makes everything impossible. Even the movement is slow aside from the low FPS issue.

I have tried the PES2020 with RX5700XT, RX580, RX590, but all got same problem. But there was no issue with Nvidia(GTX1070, RTX2070) which means that I know how to handle the general FPS issue in such game...

 

I appreciate your help in advance.

@rillspark Were you running the eGPU through an external monitor? Was the Nvidia dGPU active?
