[Solved] RedDeadRedemption 2 on egpu.
@odin, Thanks man, pls dont forget haha.. It will be very informative for me..
I did two DX12 runs and one Vulkan run through the built in benchmark, this is with a mix of low/medium/high/ultra settings. I just let GeForce Experience "optimize" it just to see what I thought of that and seemed fine and didn't look ugly lol, game looks great graphically actually. I'm constantly in awe of some of the scenery and vistas. Beautiful game.
There was definitely something "wrong" with Vulkan as it was way lower than the DX12 performance, I'm just going to leave it out because the avg frame rate was HALF of the DX12 result, all I did was change the API and restart.

@mr-ribeiro, It's just at stock clock config aside from a -.125mW undervolt offset and a mild speedshift setting to let it run low power when needed. A little higher base clock than balanced profile but not as agressive as "high performance" default win 10 power profile. The PL2 power limit is 51W for 25s , PL1 is 15W.. pretty standard fare..
The heat management in the Gram is not stellar, it can maybe hold 2.4Ghz all-core if it's a good day.. but I've noticed most games don't tax the CPU 100% at all times, though being 4C/8T is starting to show it's limitations.
