Can't seem to add Borderlands 3 to MS Hybrid.

I currently have a Borderlands 3 added w/ MS Hybrid switching it to high-performance, but when I go in the game it doesn't seem to be using the 1080 from the NVIDIA control panel at the bottom right in the mini-task bar.

Instead of adding it using MS Hybrid, download the latest Nvidia driver and if it’s not added already, add it using the Nvidia control panel to use the High Performance Nvidia Processor. This process is explained here pictorially summarized below:
