Hi, I have Acer Swift 3 laptop with 11th gen core i7 and Lenovo booststation with rtx2060 and after installing drivers for GPU and disabling integrated GPU I still have max 20 FPS in all games on external monitor

To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.

There are a couple of things you can do to see if you can isolate the issue.

Make sure your laptop is not running in any kind of power saving mode when using the eGPU. Ensure it is plugged in and charging and set to best performance. In the power settings of your laptop, make sure you have the maximum performance mode selected. If this is unavailable to you (which it often is in modern ultrabooks) I can help you add it to your computer if you wish.

In your Nvidia Control Panel 'Manage 3D Settings' tab, under 'Global Settings' make sure the power management mode is set to "prefer maximum performance".

Download and run a hardware monitoring tool like HWInfo64. Have this software run in the background collecting hardware data while you play a game, and look at if it is being thermal throttled, power throttled, etc.
