Hi, I'm having trouble connecting a monitor to an eGPU.
I have a Lenovo Legion Y740 17-IRHG laptop.
I have a Sonnet eGFX Breakaway Box 550 with AMD MXRT 2600 (i use this graphic in specific because i use a medical dispaly for diagnostic).
The first time I used this eGPU I connected it through the thunderbolt 3 and instantly the monitor worked.

After a month of use, one day without more I can no longer see anything on the monitor.

Windows does not detect it, I do not see the information of the video card in Device Manager, install updated drivers and previous versions.

I saw in the Lenovo forum information about entering the BIOS and changing the security level of the thunderbolt 3 port, however my bios is not the same as what is in the forum and it does not bring those options.

Already looking to update windows, reinstall the driver for the video grpahic card and nothing works.

If have any suggestions to give me.

I appreciate any suggestions.

To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.
