Need help on AMD eGPU setup

Hi,

I just recently bought Akitio Node eGPU + RX 570. I connect it to my HP Spectre x360 2018 (quad core i7 and 16gb RAM). On paper this should be enough for 1080p gaming. However I didn't get the experience that I hoped. I checked the AMD driver and I noticed that, while playing a game, there's no sign of any activity of my GPU (not even in the task manager).

Can someone please help me? I'm a first-timer here so forgive me if this is a beginner problem.

Thank you

@havif What's the Windows version number on your 2018 HP Spectre x360? Type winver into the Taskbar search box if you don't know.

@itsage

It's 18362.418 the 8th of October version (I think it's the latest one). Is it related to the main announcement (downgrade the Windows version)? I didn't encounter error 12, or any error really.
