Hello! I hope this is the right part of the forum to post this.

Whenever I connect my Razer Core x + RTX 2080 to my NUC8I7HVK2, it only
shows me a new 'Base System Device' in the Device Manager.

I tried already:

- Three different USB-C Type 3 cables, all of them work perfectly on the NUC8I7HVK2 without the eGPU
- uninstalling the driver followed by disabling the RX Vega GH adapter
- updating the Base Device Driver manually, which didn't work
- tried every USB-C port on my NUC8I7HVK2

Not sure what I'm missing.

Thanks in advance!
Bjorn

Do you currently see Intel Thunderbolt Software or Thunderbolt Control Center on your NUC system? It seems the Thunderbolt drivers are missing. Give this Thunderbolt Control Center topic a read. Download and install the drivers if you determine the system doesn't have Thunderbolt drivers.
