@snazymgeez, thanks for your answer. I filled the 24 pin of the r43sg from the psu (with my strange trick 😅) and I filled the 6 and 8 pins of the rx590 from the r43sg with an adapter, and the rx590 apeared in the device manager, but in grey... It didnt work, error code 45....  But searching in the Web I found some info... Only I had to connect an hdmi cable, betwen rx590 and a tv... And now i can see the imagen of the computer in the tv, in device manager the rx590 apear in colour, but with some trouble (yellow triangle with exclamation sign)... Now the error is code 12. I was searching and it seems to be a Windows problem, since august 2019... I'll keep trying...

Finally it's working! I have played some oculus rift game... But when I run steamvr, it turned off...

Serching on the web, some people said that windows insider solve some problems with egpu, so I did a clean install of the OS, and installed all the vr software.... Now I did the "steam vr performance test" and it turned off again.... Maybe the power supply isn't enough? It only happens with steam, with oculus soft seems to be OK.... I'll keep trying

Wait before you do any clean install, I am 99% I know your issue, because it happened to me.

From reading your previous post, I can tell it's not getting enough power.

You have the power pins setup wrong, you need to fill the 6 + 8 pin slots directly from the PSU to the Graphics card. The R43SG only needs the 24pins filled.

I did the clean os installation in Thursday, and nothing changed, the same problem ... But my psu doesn't have a 6+8 pin conector, so I connected the 6+8 pins conector from the r43sg output, with an adapter ... Maybe I can find a psu with 6 pin + 8 pin + 24 pins conector  .... Which did you use? Thanks 4 the info

Here's a quick image I made to show you how I have connected mine and fully working. You will need to get a PSU that does have the 6+8pin.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1s3E9fz7bd6IOULYsqNuaFJK1seYbkqmn/view

All the pins in your GPU must be filled directly from from the PSU as there is not enough power going through that R43SG adapter.

Make sure you get a PSU that has enough power, I got myself a 500w one for cheap on Amazon. That is way over the required power needed to run my GPU, this is no problem as the EGPU will only take the power it needs rather than the full 500w it is able to send.

Remember that when looking up what PSU is needed to run your GPU, the number you will find is to run a whole computer as well, so you actually don't need that much. For example AMD say my RX 580 needs a PSU 500w installed in the computer, however the GPU by itself may only use between 150w and 250w, without the whole computer.

But today I play oculus rift games without problem, but when I turn on steam vr software... Everything goes black.... Steam consumes more power? 🤷🤦

Well guys, finally with the new psu everything worked.... Now I can open oculus rift games with oculus link, and I can open steamvr app and viveport infinity games too.... But steam vr is not working fine, too many lag, low frame rate, large latency, I don't know.... Unplayable... So, I started playing with less resolution, with less quality, and now I changed the drivers several times... It seems Radeon software version 20.4.2 (15/5/2020) is working better than, version 20.9.1 (16/9/2020).... Now I can see both gpus, without conflict in device manager, and Radeon software recognize both too, Vega 10 as gpu1, and rx 590 as gpu2... But when I started oculus rift software, It worked very bad... That's because gpu1 (Vega 10 with 2gb vram) is working al 100% and gpu2 (egpu rx 590 with 8gb of vram) is working at 0% and 38°....

Is there a way to assign gpu1 to rx 590? And gpu2 to vega 10? Or maybe I should turn off the Vega 10 gpu and force the rx590 use? In the game, compatibility section of the Radeon software I can see that steamvr is fully compatible with Ryzen 7 3700U and Radeon rx 590.... But everything runs in the Vega gpu, so it doesn't work fine...

I'll keep testing...

Finally I played some hours during the night and some hours during the morning, only y had to switch of the Vega 10 gpu, connect hdmi from rx590 to the tv, restart 2 times at least... and the rx590 started working and could handle steamvr and viveport infinity.... It's  not perfect  but playable... Maybe I can change the resolution, or something in the Radeon software... But I'm in the right way.... Thx all for the help...
