any help is welcome thanks

sorry if you don't understand i dont talk english  :S

You just need to know watts and voltage for the power supply and watts for the graphics card.

PSU Voltage is 12V and PSU Watts is greater than GPU Watts.

I have a similar problem.

Power Supply: Corsair RM650x

Graphics out method: EXP GDC BEAST

GPU: Zotac GTX 1080

I'm trying to use the Zotac which requires both 8 pin PCI-e power cables from the 650. Obviously I don't need to pass power through the GDC to the card when the card has both power cables but the GDC does require power. Do I need that giant Dell brick or will a smaller 12v power supply work?

Haven't been able to get a concise answer from any of the sellers on what the minimum power requirements for the GDC are.

Every other ATX output seems to have the wrong pins for the GDC's 8 pin input. I don't want to start mixing and matching because I'm pretty sure that'll release the magic smoke. But if its possible to power both the card and the gdc off the 650 that'd be ideal.

Should I just get an ATX extender, or use the 12V input?
