| @harlekin99, Is the Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 580 brand new? Does it have a vBIOS switch? If so, try using the other vBIOS to see if there's a difference in behavior. | ||

| @susurs, I would say to use Windows 10 1903. The newer Win10 versions don't always work with an EFI boot loader. Since your Mac mini only has iGPU, use original drivers from AMD website. You can take ... | ||
