I have this spectre 13 with 2 available tb 3 ports, the question is if I use akitio thunder 2 and plug both of the ports to my laptop, does it have combined bandwidth?

or how does that work?

There is no port combining with Thunderbolt2/3.  Your system can get the best bandwidth by attaching a TB3 enclosure  to a single TB3 port and not use the other TB3 port.  In you case it would be 22Gbps-PCH traffic overhead as is the case with the late-2016 13″ Macbook Pro Touchbar shown at https://egpu.io/macos-pascal-drivers-gtx-1080-ti-2016-macbook-pro/

eGPU Setup 1.35    •    eGPU Port Bandwidth Reference Table

15" Dell Precision 7510 (Q M1000M) (6th,4C,H) + GTX 1080 Ti @ 32Gbps-M2 (ADT-Link R43SG) + macOS 10.13.6 & Win10

thank you for the info.

its very difficult to get thunder 3 in my country, does thunder 2 enough to play games in 1080p with high settings? I've read benchmark but I'm not good at translating numbers 🙁
