Error 43 - no usb is a permenent fix?
My understanding of this problem is that it's related to the USB ports on the enclosure. That is, too many/any USB ports forces Windows to allocate resources to them potentially blocking the use of the GPU itself. So would an enclosure without any USB ports, or the least number possible, be the most optimal setup to avoid this error?
Is my understanding correct or it's more a bug/issue with how Windows works when allocating resources irrespective of the number of USB ports in the enclosure?
