Hey All,

Pretty new to the whole egpu world. Got a Razer Blade Stealth 13.3 (late 2017 version), and a Powercolor Gaming Station. I am really interested in having an SSD inside the enclosure. I read somewhere that this egpu should have the capability of being able to do that since it's the same parts as the  Mantiz Venus , but for the life of me I could not figure out how to do it. I thought it would be as simple as mounting the ssd on the inside of the enclosure and connecting it to the egpu via a normal sata cable, but the egpu has no place for me to connect a normal sata cable. Do I need a special cable to be able to do this?

I'm a huge amateur when it comes to this stuff, would appreciate any and all help : )

Can you take a photo of the expansion daughter board in your PowerColor Gaming Station? It should have a receptacle for the SATA data cable. The PSU should also have the SATA power cable. If there’s no mounting bracket inside, you can use double-sided tape.

It looks the same as the Mantiz Venus daughterboard. You can see the SATA data receptacle to the left of the 24-pin ATX power connector.
