How to upgrade from a single EGPU to a dual EGPU?

Hi guys!

Been working with my EGPU for a while now in Octane and it works like a charm. Need to boot it up in a specific way to get it working though, but it works! You can find my setup below:

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)
10.13.6 (17G65)
NVIDIA Gigabyte Aorus GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB
Sonnet eGFX Breakaway Box 550W
TB3 > TB2
Dell Ultrasharp U2715H (External Display)

But I would really want to connect a second EGPU to speed up my render time in Octane, with the same card and Breakaway Box.
At the moment my display is connected with my EGPU box with an HDMI, and the EGPU box is connected with an TB3 > TB2 adapter to my Macbook Pro. But how do I connect my second EGPU box then, because there's only one HDMI cable from my external display and the EGPU box has only 1 TB output.

Didn't bought the second setup yet, because I first want to know if someone already got it working?
Thanks guys!

Connecting a second card is doable via Thunderbolt, I posted how do four just yesterday but Mac OS X will recognize them as separate video cards. I do not know whether Octane can use the second to offload calculations.

In my testing, macOS 10.13 seems to have a one eGPU per Thunderbolt controller limit. 10.14 provides better multiple eGPU support but there's no web drivers for the newer Nvidia cards yet.
