Hello people, i have a macbook pro 16 "with i9 2.3 and i would like to put an eGPU to gain power in some games. I want to put a 5700XT on a Razer Core X. Will I be able to install the native drivers in the Windows bootcamp? Does anyone already have this setup and can tell me if it gains enough power in relation to the 5500M?

.My setup is MBP15 2016 + Razer Core X Chroma + Radeon VII, which is similar to your planned one.
As Radeon VII is much more powerful than my RX460, I cannot tell you how much 5700XT could be better than 5500M, but there definitely will be a boost comparing to your dGPU itself. For the driver under BootCamp issue, just follow the eGPU on TB3 Mac guide here, and it will let your Windows under BootCamp install AMD's native driver instead of Apple's version.
And one more thing, don't buy Core X Chroma, Core X would be good enough. The USB ports on Core X Chroma doesn't support any USB hub connected, and the ethernet jack is basically unusable under macOS.

Razer Core X Chroma (USB ports sucks, but it has RGB!
Radeon VII (anyone could stop these fans?
@lilipeipei, thanks for the support. I want to connect an external 144 hz monitor, will I succeed without problems? With eGPU won't I need bootcampdrivers.com? my computer recognize the external card and allow native drivers to be installed?

.am a little bad to handle complicated parts, will I have less difficulty putting an nVidia for games on Windows? I mean, less possibilities for errors and less configuration?

.@guilherme_giovanella, I have no idea how macOS works with high refresh rates, while I don't think 144hz under Windows would be a problem
as for your second question:

There is no difference if you choose Nvidia under bootcamp. But there is no native support for Nvidia under macOS. If you still want to use eGPU under macOS, AMD is your only choice.

I dont need power graphics on macOS. i am using macOS for work (emails, websites, banks, etc)
I use Windows only for gaming, so, AMD or Nvidia can use without problems? Error 12 is using eGPU on macOS?

.@guilherme_giovanella, error12 only appears on Windows.
AMD GPU on macOS is basically just plug and play.

alright, so, nvidia and AMD can have error12?

.@guilherme_giovanella, no, Nvidia rarely encounters error 12, AMD quite often.

Brothers, in this step:
Access automate-eGPU EFI boot volume with OPTION boot - Boot Selector
I need press Q + arrow down in the macOS? Windows? I press, my mac open the windows with this:
How i proceed?
