Hello,

Please help me with this setup

System specs:

MacBook Pro 15 Mid-2014 (Nvidia 750M + i7-4870HQ)

Win10 : 1909 OS Build 18363.815

eGPU hardware:

Razer Core Chroma

Nvidia 2080 Super

Apple TB3->TB2 Adapter

Apple TB2 Cable 0.5m

What I tried:

Read through every build for these mac series here https://egpu.io/best-external-graphics-card-builds/

Installed DDU and removed all graphics drivers and disabled Windows automated driver installation

Installed @goalque's automate-eGPU EFI onto a FAT32 formatted USB drive

Followed this guide https://egpu.io/forums/pc-setup/fix-dsdt-override-to-correct-error-12/#step1 to create my own dsdt.aml (Intel Method) file and put it here /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/WINDOWS/dsdt.aml on the USB.

Installed https://github.com/0xbb/gpu-switch/releases/download/v0/gpu-switch-windows.zip and executed the integrated option as Admin

Disabled Intel(R) 4th Gen Core processor PCI Express x16 Controller - 0D01 to 750M dGPU in Device Manager

Issues:

- Compilation of dsdt.aml is successful but there is no new Large Memory entry in Device Manager. Here is my dsdt.aml file

- If I try lo load with eGPU connected I always get black screen

- If I try to load via EFI USB and then connect eGPU at the same time as I load windows - no eGPU detected, does not matter when exactly I plug in, the exact second I click enter in EFI menu, or one round of loading dots after.

To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.

.

Basically, it's not going to work.
