HI guys,
I'm writing you to share my experience with my first TB3 egpu. That was working very nice the first week, but suddendly it stopped been detected by windows.
I contacted Razer support, but the only solution they gave me was RMA (but I cant because i live in DR and its veeeeryy expensive to send something of this size and weight)
After disconnecting the power supply, USB/ ethernet board, checking the egpu board, trying the cable with other device. Nothing gave me solution
One day I decide to unninstall all tb3 drivers and updating bios, and sorprise, Egpu was working again.
today i was planning to play some games, and the unit was not recognize again. Just for testing I updated the bios again (I know that can be harmful for my PC), and the core x its detected.
So it's obvious that the problem resides in my laptop (or tb3 HW).
If someone knows any solution I'll be a happy guy once again.
If not I think I should sell the EGPU + RTX2060 super, or selling my laptop and buying one recommended in this site.
Thanks for your time.

.@noel_jimenez Do you know the procedure to reset/clear CMOS on your laptop? If so try that the next time you encounter Thunderbolt 3 detection issue.

Hi,
I was thinking about that. Next time this issue appears I'll try that and see what happens
Thanks.
