Hi there
My setup is a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) with High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G65) and a Razer Core X with Sapphire Radeon RX580 Nitro+ installed, plus a thunderbolt 2 cable that is connected with a Apple Thunderbolt 3 to 2 plugged into the Razer. From Macbook’s Activity Monitor the Sapphire Radeon RX580 Nitro + is not recognised, while it’s seen on “About this Mac” components list.
The external display -NEC Multisync 24PA241W-, is connected to the graphics card via HDMI but it does not work with this combo.
Can you help me out on this please? s it a problem of the Thunderbolt 2 cable/ Apple TB 3 to Tb2 adapter or is it a graphics card issue?
Thanks in advance

.I use the TB3/TB2 adapter for my ancient 2011 MacBook Pro with TB1 and it works just fine. I think there’s an issue with 2o15 MBP’s per @OliverB
