Determining max bandwidth total for thunderbolt / usb controllers

I'm trying to figure out some performance degradation when I plug in a Thunderbolt 3 dock and an eGPU in at the same time. 

I've tried to search for this, but is there some way to figure out the total bandwidth that is supported by my laptop for all USB / Thunderbolt devices?

For specific questions I'm looking to answer: I have the following laptop:

  • HP Spectre x360
  • Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz
  • 2 Thunderbolt 3 ports
  • 1 USB SS port

I'm wondering:

  • does my computer support full bandwidth per thunderbolt 3 port? if not, how much is supported and how do I figure that out?
  • is there any relationship between the bandwidth that's available to the USB port vs the Thunderbolt 3 port? e.g. If I'm using the Thunderbolt 3 port for something intensive (like an eGPU), does that limit the bandwidth available to my USB SS port?
