Your system model link shows it has a 1TB SATA HDD and a the internal layout shows a free NVME SSD slot, perfect to use to host a x4 3.0 eGPU using a R43** M.2 eGPU adapter listed at:

@cerulliber
It works.
Imo its not worth using mini pcie instead of m.2(nvme) slot because of bandwidth.
I would recommend you swap your nvme with a sata ssd and buy an EXP GDC m.2 m key interface version.
For connection, use 24pin motherboard connector from psu to exp gdc 20 pin and 4 remaining pins are to be connected with cpu ones and graphics card with pcie cables to psu.
You will also have to download error 43 fixer and have to disable internal nvidia gpu.
And try to use an external display if you can to get max performance.
