@tsakal I think that at the same price, if you have enough power on your enclosure the best choice is Vega64. The Nitro+ series is always a solid product!
Thank you I am using a razer core x, but the prices are similar fir a Vega 64 and 5700xt. If I could get a Radeon vii for the same money I would seriously think of it. My thinking is that Navi is more future proof than Vega for Mac OS. Is my thinking wrong?

The price of the Radeon VII is too high in this moment.. I don't know if it worths.. about MacOS, it's a good question. I don't know the future strategies of Apple but at the moment the most powerful egpu that they sell is a Blackmagic with Vega56:
