Hi Guys,
I've read some posts here about this laptop and eGPU and it looks promising.
Laptop: Dell Xps 9500 - i7-10875 , 32GB Ram, GTX 1650Ti 4Gb, 1 GB SSD NVMe.
Regarding connection, it is Thunderbolt.
I've seen some topics that some setups (I man GPUs) that are not able to fully utilize their performance due to the limitations of Thunderbolt 3.
I was wondering which eGPU chassis and GPU should I buy to fully utilize the above setup? Can you recommend something?
Of course, I'm not going to buy the best GPU on the market - So, maybe my considerations and not important?
The main goal of this setup will be gaming - the main game will be Flight Simulator 2020

.Flight Simulator? Lol.
That’s the one title which needs the best GPU on the market.
I'm not dreaming about full settings
I just wanted to use my personal laptop that is mainly for my work and play this game sometimes.
I'm not going to by desktop only for this game - another option is wait for XBOX version and play then

.Prolly an RTX 3060 TI or RTX 3070 card then.
Either one will pair with any Thunderbolt 3 enclosure (Mantiz, Sonnet, or Powercolor) available in your region.
I guess this would be the best choice - but Will I be able to utilize the performance of this card by using eGPU? I mean thunderbolt 3 limitations. I thought about 2060 or something in this price range.

.Yes, the 3060 Ti and 3070 are good choices for eGPU gaming.
