My Chroma X and Internet connection on it have been running great since Razer updated the drivers for auto update on Windows 10 and also there was an update for the AX88179 chipset drivers.
To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.
.@0badger0, do these updates alleviate error 12? and do you still need to install sperate drivers? or is it just plug and play now?

Pipin032 my understanding of Error 12 is that it's a windows resource error typically seen by Bootcamp users running on a laptop with a dGPU (i.e. a discrete GPU not just an internal GPU).
Updated Ethernet drivers isn't going to fix that- indeed on the times I have seen that error I've had the Eth driver working fine, it was just the external GPU that was failing to operate.
