Have a 1080ti sc2 hybrid I want to use with my laptop.  I see the node fits it but it doesn't charge the laptop which I would like.  Any other options?

You will have to remove the fan bracket from the Razer Core X. However, you can also install a 120mm radiator and fan with this particular eGPU enclosure. Get some velcro to do the securing. Look at itsage's review of the Core X for an idea of how he did it.

Lastly, another user posted pics of getting an XSPC 120mm Rad Stand. I would advised against this as there are raised screw points on the bottom of the Core X's case and you will have to permanently mod and remove that mounting hardware (read void warranty) if you want to install the stand. Additionally, based on the rad stand's orientation, you will not be able to install the radiator with the tubes on the bottom as recommended by many manufacturers to avoid bubbles.
