Hi everyone,

I just ordered the following two items and wanted to make sure the Node has enough power in its built in power supply to provide sufficient power to the card I ordered. If not I can order another and return the one below. I will be using this with a 15” 2016 Macbook Pro with touch bar and MacOS Sierra/High Sierra (I am not planning on using windows). Some shopping websites have said it needs a 600W power supply I hope its wrong and will work with the Node and MacOS Sierra.

No reason to think that combo won't work, there are numerous 1080Ti (OC and not) + Node combinations documented in the "Implementation Guide" section of the site.  I was running a 1080 Ti SC2 Gaming on the stock Node PSU without issue, only reason I replaced the PSU and fan was to quiet things down.

Enjoy!

Apple Mac Pro 2013 - Deca-core 3GHz Xeon, 32GB memory, 1TB Apple SSD, D700 dGPU, eGPU shared with above NUC.
AKiTiO Node - EVGA GTX 1080Ti SC2 Gaming, Corsair SF600 PSU, Cougar Vortex HDB 120 case fan
