Dear all,
as per the title description I have a:

System specs

  • 2020 HP Spectre x360
  • panel 13" 4k oled
  • i7-1065G7 with integrated Iris Plus GPU
  • 16gb ram
  • 1tb ssd
  • win 10

Hardware eGPU

which gpu do you recommend that is compatible with my configuration and that has a price between 300 € and max 400 €?
Do you think that the budget is too low to have decent data on the game in fullhd (external monitor 23 ") and maybe in 4k with my 13" oled screen?
I would mainly play cod warzone online and some recent games

Iread various reviews that advised me not to take amd radeon with this hp and i saw that mainly nvidia mount more ddr6 while amd ddr5.
You recommend me to ddr6 or is there not all this difference?

Finally I had seen a model of "GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER GAMING OC 6GB GDDR6" that was within my budget.
Do you have any tips on this?

I ask for opinions and insights in this forum because only this forum can help me..!

Thank you!

@aladestra, It's a terrible time to buy graphics cards. Do you already have the Razer Core X? If not, I'd recommend looking for the Gigabyte/AORUS Gaming Box which comes with a GPU. Do you have Lenovo BoostStation with RTX 2060 bundle in your market?

Hi itsage,
yes i already bought a razer core x and obviously i also own the specter x360.
What I was asking for was an advice on a video card that allows me to play well without losing quality with data passing through tunderbolt3.
For this I was willing to turn to 8gb of ram with the gpu, but having seen the most recent ddr6 and only finding maximum 6 gb products with ddr6 and wondering if the gtx 1660 was fine and the substantial difference between ddr5 and ddr6.

Or maybe you know how to give me other advice.

Thanks!

hey! I update the post!

I have the possibility to buy Asus Phoenix GeForce GTX 1660 TI 6 gb ddr6 around 300 €
So i would like a opinion..

Summarizing:

System specs

  • 2020  HP Spectre x360
  • panel 13" 4k oled
  • i7-1065G7 with integrated Iris Plus GPU
  • 16gb ram
  • 1tb ssd
  • win 10

Hardware eGPU

Graphics cards

External screen

  • Acer 23.8" 1920x1080 fhd

Do you recommend this configuration? do you think i will have problems playing games (especially cod warzone) with very good fps?

I look forward to your advice so I can decide whether or not to purchase the product and complete the configuration or whether to postpone everything for a few months.

Thanks!

For other games, you might get the 1660 Ti. (Or wait to get a 3060 Ti).

But Warzone has low FPS drops on all cards and PCs. Warzone is trash.

damn!
I knew about problems that were solved with the latest update released 7 days ago ..
I will inform myself better to understand what is happening to that game ..

so what do you advise me to change and take amd? However, I had read on other posts about the excellent compatibility between nvidia, hp and razer core. that's why i was geared to take nvidia and not amd

I ask your opinions on how I should move and what do you recommend?
seeing the crazy prices of the video cards now i don't think the gtx 3060 release price is confirmed at $ 350 i think it will be at least double. what do you say?

The 1660 Ti is fine for general gaming. Or buy a $399 console.

Forget about Warzone though. That game is sloppy garbage.
